About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant 1 to join our team at Spartanburg Plant, 0032. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The major end result of this job position is to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. As an Administrative Office Assistant 1, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise software.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills:

As an Administrative Office Assistant 1, you will utilize your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will use your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and data. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
