As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll be working in a dynamic environment where you will help create precision products that are essential to our customers' needs.

DJob Responsibilities:

• Assemble Mechanical Components: Use hand and power tools to assemble various mechanical parts of Power Pole, including metal poles, nuts, bolts, and pressure hoses.
• Assembly Line Duties: Work within individual stand-up workstations to ensure timely and accurate assembly of products.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks to verify conformance to specifications. Inspect and measure machined workpieces.
• Component Preparation: Count, package, and assemble kits for other components as needed.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean drilled parts and workstations, such as drill tables and drill presses, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Material Handling: Lift pallets and move materials as needed, ensuring safe handling of up to 50 lbs.
• Machine Operation: Tend to machines and equipment not limited to machine tools, ensuring proper functioning.

eRequired Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills or the ability to learn assembly tasks quickly.
• Experience with Hand & Power Tools: Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, whether mechanical or electrical.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to understand and follow basic blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift and lift 30-50 lbs.
• Positive Attitude & Willingness to Learn: Ability to cross-train in different assembly tasks and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
