You'll work closely with platform owners and users to ensure that our technology solutions are secure, scalable, and tailored to our business processes. This position can be in-office or remote (based out of Virginia - must be able to work eastern time zone business hours). Administer and Support: Manage system configurations and changes, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient. Enhance Efficiency: Identify opportunities to leverage automation and improve productivity. Ensure Compliance: Enforce data governance policies and collaborate with Information Security to document controls for data processing, transport, and storage. Manage Changes: Follow processes to manage technology changes, ensuring thorough evaluation, testing, and approval prior to implementation. Support and Train: Ensure systems are supported by robust training, testing environments, and other resources to maximize user adoption and operational knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar degree a plus 3+ years administering back office finance systems Experience working within a structured data environment Strong understanding of enterprise application administration, data platforms, and technology infrastructure Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices Process-oriented mindset with direct hands-on experience implementing IT processes Care Hospice, Inc.
