THE OPPORTUNITY 

Seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to create high-impact leverage for the Founding Partner. This is a career-defining role offering unparalleled exposure to company building at the frontier of technology. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience working directly with accomplished founders while developing the skills and network for future entrepreneurial endeavors.

You'll serve as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring flawless execution of strategic initiatives, managing critical stakeholder relationships, and optimizing the CEO's time and impact across the portfolio. This role requires someone who excels at turning high-level vision into reality while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Support: Extend the CEO's reach by managing key initiatives and relationships
• Communication: Craft and manage internal/external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Operations: Drive operational excellence and create leverage through systems and processes
• Meeting Management: Prepare materials, manage follow-ups, and ensure execution of key decisions
• Stakeholder Relations: Support CEO in managing relationships with portfolio founders, investors, and partners

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

We're seeking someone who combines exceptional execution capabilities with strong strategic thinking and polish. The ideal candidate will have:

Must Have:

• MBA from top-tier institution 
• 4-7 years of experience, including MBB consulting or equivalent strategic role
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
• Superior communication abilities and executive presence
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to context switch and manage multiple high-priority workstreams
• Track record of excellence in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have:

• Prior startup or venture capital experience
• Experience in blockchain, AI, or deep tech
• Chief of Staff experience at a high-growth company
• Experience supporting C-level executives
