Job title : DATABRICKS ENGINEER
Onsite - Bethlehem, PA

Required Skills : PL/SQL, Python, Databricks, Databricks SQL


Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret complex data using Databricks and Databricks SQL to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain robust data analytics frameworks using Databricks, Python and PL/SQL to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development of scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics and reporting activities.
• Provide expertise in data analysis and visualization to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in data analytics to recommend improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on data analytics tools and best practices.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Qualifications - Proven experience with Databricks, Databricks SQL, Python, and PL/SQL is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Experience in data modeling and business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
