Director of Operations

Position Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee and manage the daily operations of our food manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality noodles and pasta products. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing plant performance, and achieving strategic goals in the grain and wheat sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational functions within the plant, focusing on food manufacturing processes including noodles and pasta production.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while managing inventory levels effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards throughout all operations.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
• Manage and mentor plant management staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the food manufacturing industry, with a focus on grain and wheat products.
• Proven track record in plant management and leading successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development and engagement.
