Job Description This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, 3D modeling techniques, and a passion for creating visually stunning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for various projects, including exhibits, displays, and product visualizations.
• Design Concepting: Develop innovative design concepts based on client requirements and industry trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visuals.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Presentation Skills: Create compelling presentations to communicate design concepts and project updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling and design
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Unreal Engine, 3ds Max)
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
