Express Shop Service Coordinator - Mi Gente Auto Finance

This position is responsible for driving the growth of the business by improving the operational efficiency and consistency of the customer vehicle repair process and facilitating the movement of lot return inventory through effective shop log management
and adherence to Mei Group’s diagnostic and repair processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Express Shop workflow logs U30, meiGroup Lot Return, and 3rd-party
  vendor.
• Work with Express Shop Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and 3 rd Party Shops
  to facilitate necessary diagnostics and repair of all vehicle requests coming into
  the facility.
• Controls the flow of vehicles through the Customer Service Shop process by
  proper distribution of technician workload under 30 days and mei lot returns.
• Communicate directly with Customers regarding the vehicle status of the repair
• Oversees the vehicle Approval Process for mechanical warranty completion and
  manages vehicle priority dispatching using the Mei Group as needed for repair.
• Partners with other functional areas and managers as needed to collaborate on
  questions of vehicle quality and potential kicks.
• Verifies vehicle WeOwe Request, Warranty, and CPI coverage by examining
  records and papers.
• Monitors and provides daily Updates to the Express Service Route Sheet with
  current statuses and ETA for completion.
• Utilizes reports, analyzes information, and monitors trends to identify if repairs
  are needed or meet company standards.
• Communicate to key stakeholders all pertinent information captured after all
  service contacts that may impact customer service expectations.
• Partner with Senior leadership to address operational constraints.
• Displays financial responsibility for decisions for vehicle repairs impacting
  meigroup.
• Performs all Asset Protection and responsibilities expected in the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Complete training in all areas of the customer service and production process.
  Multi-task in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Working Conditions:

• May require walking or standing for an extended period.
• Combination of both indoor and outdoor environments, including working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions
• Rotating schedule with shifts that may weekends, holidays, and 12-hour days.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability during peak periods of business

Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 hourly (Depending on Experience)
