Overview WATCH GUARD, LLC is one of the fastest growing security providers in the NY area and we are looking for Fire and Life Safety Directors to join our team. We are seeking dedicated, highly organized, and professional FLSDs with excellent communication skills, as well as Security & Customer service/Hospitality experience to work with one of our high-end client hotels in Brooklyn. Respond appropriately to fire command station signals & alarms. Control access to client site or facility through the admittance process. Assist visitors with a legitimate need to gain entry to the facility. Prepare logs or reports as required for the site. Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate. Other relevant duties may be assigned as they arise. Qualifications Current New York State Security Guard License. Current Fire Safety Director Certification (F-89/T-89). Excellent concierge, verbal and written communication & computer skills. Must be able to pass a drug test and stand for long periods.
