Job Description: General Labor

Schedule: Monday through Thursda, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated General Labor workers to join our team. This is a 1st shift position offering steady hours and competitive pay. You will assist in various production and manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machinery as required.
• Perform tasks such as assembling, sorting, or packaging materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support production.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
