From lush lawns to vibrant gardens, we take pride in every project and are looking for an experienced Irrigation Manager to keep our landscapes thriving.

What Youll Do:

• Design and install efficient irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Lead and support a team of irrigation technicians.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver great results.
• Winterize systems in the fall and reactivate them in the spring.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology and water-saving practices.

Position Type:

• Seasonal/Full-Time.
• Weekend work may be required during peak seasons.
• Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of irrigation experience (management or technician roles).
• Strong skills in system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience and the ability to guide a team.
• Knowledge of smart controllers and water-efficient technologies. (Hunter Hydrawise/ Rain Bird)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Backflow certification is a plus
• A valid drivers license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling during system installations and repairs.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
