Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Lumper/Driver Helper to join their team. As a Lumper/Driver Helper, you will be part of the operations team supporting local freight delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lumper/Driver Helper

Location: Clinton, PA

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

• Assist a local straight truck driver with loading and unloading freight during pickups and deliveries.
• Participate in an average of 10-15 stops per day, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Collaborate with the driver to ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of loading and unloading freight.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and punctuality to meet delivery schedules.
