Nocturnist opening - Seneca, PA Located 62m to Erie, 90m to PittsburghH1 Eligible Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Hospital Employee- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine- Excellent clinical and leadership skills- 7 on, 7 off block schedule with 12-hour shifts- Average patient census per day = 18- Ample moonlighting opportunities- Open ICU coverage- Emergency Medicine physician available to assist with procedures as needed Compensation/Benefits Details - Excellent salary and benefit package - Enhanced compensation package includes:Productivity incentive- Quality incentiveExtender bonus- Paid time off- CME stipend- Non-Profit Health System, Employed Model PSLF Eligible- Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance- Paid Parental Leave- Medical, dental and vision insurance- 403 (b) tax shelter, pension plan- Short and long-term disability- Group Life insurance- Robust retirement plans- Tuition assistance for self, dependent and/or spouse/domestic partner- Customary and reasonable moving expenses Medical Center Details - 96 private rooms, including 30 that can be converted for semi-private occupancy, yielding as many as 126 beds. - A one-story, 28-bed behavioral health building adjoins the hospital via an enclosed walkway. - A nine-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 16-bed transitional care unit are also located adjacent to the hospital.- Medical Group provides a full range of health care services, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care, as well as highly specialized diagnostic and treatment procedures. - The combination of high-tech medicine and compassionate care touches every one of the thousands of patients who enter each year. Seneca, PA - Seneca, PA is in Venango County, a region offering diverse recreational and cultural opportunities. - Four colleges and universities are located within 30 miles of Seneca, as well as private and public elementary, middle school and high schools.- Suburban/small town communities centrally located near Pittsburgh, Cleveland & Erie- Great schools, affordable housing, low crime/traffic, abundant shopping & near several airports
