Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Paycom Implementation Specialist to lead, optimize, and manage our Paycom HRIS system. This role requires a proactive professional with deep expertise in Paycom, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues, driving system improvements, and delivering effective user training for a workforce of approximately 600 employees. Key Responsibilities: System Optimization: Analyze the current state of Paycom implementation, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance system performance, speed, and usability. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose and resolve issues within the Paycom platform, ensuring minimal disruption to HR and payroll processes. Implementation Expertise: Lead additional implementations or integrations of Paycom modules as required, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization. User Training: Design and deliver tailored training programs for end-users and administrators to maximize system utilization and user confidence. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, align on process improvements, and address system needs effectively. Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation for processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Generate reports to provide insights into system performance and usage. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure the Paycom system adheres to organizational policies, industry standards, and legal compliance requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in Paycom implementation, administration, and optimization, with hands-on expertise across its modules (HR, payroll, talent management, benefits, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine root causes of technical and process issues. Exceptional training and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse employee groups and technical/non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage a user base of 600+ employees effectively. Familiarity with HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices. Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with integrating Paycom with other enterprise systems. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Data analysis skills for reporting and system usage insights.
