Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and materials management.
Develop and adjust production schedules to meet operational goals and resolve material or labor issues.
Foster employee engagement, actively supporting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing costs, and achieving profitability targets.
Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, prioritizing employee well-being and product excellence.
Lead and coach staff to achieve performance goals, providing mentorship to develop future leaders.
Qualifications:
Experience in Metal Product Manufacturing operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing technologies, including ERP and MES systems.
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and deliver cost-effective results.
