Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write clear, concise, and structured content, including procedures, RFPs, and proposals.
• Ensure content accuracy, functionality, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure comprehension of complex topics.
• Edit, proofread, and format documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Organize and maintain content libraries for easy access and updates.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Procedure Writer, or RFP/Proposal Specialist.
• Strong background in writing for business, technical, or financial sectors.

Skills:

• Exceptional written communication with a journalistic, matter-of-fact style.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality, accurate content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in editing and proofreading.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience managing RFPs and proposals.
• Familiarity with Beeline or similar project management tools.
