White Deer High School is seeking a qualified secretary. Applicant must dress professionally; have proficient skills in typing, computer word processing, file maintenance, and time management. Effective communication skills, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are vital for the operation of the school office and its success with personnel and the community. Confidentiality is a must.
Database experience is required for utilization of the student and teacher data maintained at the campus and district. Applicant must accurately maintain attendance, grading, and discipline records for the campus, as well as manage campus substitute schedules and receive incoming phone calls. Other duties as assigned. PEIMS experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous public school secretarial experience is preferred.
