PAY:

• $20.00 / HOUR
• 4:00PM-12:00AM Sunday - Thursday (40hrs/per week)
• Second Shift
• 8 Hour Shift

We are recruiting for all schedules, weekends included.

JOB TYPE:

• Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct periodic patrols around the outside perimeter.
• Conduct periodic foot patrols inside the facility.
• Surveillance the lobby and parking lot areas via cctv.
• Conduct excellent access control at the main entrance and exit of the facility.
• Prioritize providing excellent customer service to our clients, their staff, and visitors.
• Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports in the third person.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required.
• You are a mentor, a coach, and a leader for your team. 
• You help organize the hourly schedule. 
• You act as part of the chain of command for your team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to undergo and successfully complete an extensive pre-employment screening process.
• You have at least 1 year of Security experience. 
• You have at least 1 year of Supervisor experience. 
• Valid Maryland Security License.
• You must have a valid state driver's license.
• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
