Job Title: Skilled Helper Job Description We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for various general labor tasks, including clean-up, painting, changing out fans and light fixtures, using hand and power tools, and maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of the building.
Responsibilities - Perform general labor tasks such as clean-up and painting.

- Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the building.
Essential Skills - Painting
- Paint preparation
- Facilities maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to use a tape measure
- Construction experience
- Carpentry skills
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Installation experience
- HVAC installation
- Mechanical aptitude
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience as a maintenance technician
- Industrial and commercial painting experience

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00
