The Storeroom Attendant (SA) will work under the immediate supervision of the MRO Storeroom Lead and will work with the MRO planner in various aspects of the daily storeroom operations. A successful SA will develop and maintain positive customer and supplier relationships and help achieve major storeroom metrics. Must be able to communicate clearly and understand written and verbal directions.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Receiving: Unloading shipments; counting and visually inspecting packages
• Maintain stocking: issuing, ordering, and notification to our customer of parts in-house.
• Operate forklift.
• Requisition various expendable stock items, as required by our customer.
• Receive and issue parts using various systems.

Requirements:

• MUST have forklift experience.
• A high school diploma/equivalent.
• Must have working knowledge of the SAP system, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong Customer service in a distribution or logistics setting.
• Must be willing to learn Client Company’s various in-house programs.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience as a Storeroom Clerk
• Basic shop math
