Position Overview: As a Valet Parking Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Valet Attendants to provide top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the valet parking operation and staff.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest concerns, questions, and claims promptly and professionally.
- Team Management: Ensure associates follow proper procedures and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, guests, and managers.
- Financial Management: Handle tip distribution and reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure efficient parking operations.
- Safety: Maintain a safe environment for associates and guests.
Job Requirements: - Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership: Independence, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, run to vehicles, and lift luggage.
Qualifications Qualifications for a Valet Parking Supervisor: - At least 18 years old.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
- Leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
- Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
